Organic Results: Listings appearing on SERPs though not paid for; listings for which search
engines do not sell space. Sites appear in organic (also called “natural”) results because search engines have
applied formulae (algorithms) to their search crawler indexes, combined with editorial decisions and content
weighting, that it is deemed an important enough inclusion regardless of payment. Paid Inclusion Content is also
often considered "organic" even though it is paid advertising because paid inclusion content usually appears on
SERPs mixed with unpaid, organic results.
Organic Search Listings: Listings that are not sold by search engines, they remain unpaid due
to their perceived importance editorially.
Organic Search Rankings: Search engine ranking of web pages found in SERPs.
